Carriers, forklifts, cranes, machines…, and the assembly teams in the middle of it all. The preparations for Bauma 2022, which will take place from October 24 to 30, are already well under way in the outer area of the Munich fairgrounds and, from October 11, the assembly of the interior stands of the 18 pavilions.
More than 3,100 exhibitors from around 60 countries
Bauma 2022, the world’s leading trade fair for construction, public works and mining machinery, expects the presence of more than 3,100 exhibitors from around 60 countries. Spread over a total of 614,000 square meters (the same as approximately 86 football pitches), divided into 414,000 square meters of outdoor space and 200,000 square meters of pavilion space, Bauma is the world’s largest trade fair in terms of exhibition space.
More than 30 cranes make up a huge ‘forest’
In addition to numerous excavators, dumpers, asphalt machines and mixing towers, when Bauma opens its doors on October 24, the participants will also be able to see, once again, the famous ‘crane forest’ with more than 30 cranes.
